I have a brand new Goodman AC condenser, evaporator and line set, still in boxes.
I need an experienced tech for a straightforward replacement swap-out of an existing AC condenser and evaporator.
Job details:
Replace existing Trane outdoor AC condenser with new Goodman unit
Replace existing evaporator with new Goodman unit (same dimensions as unit being replaced)
New line set is ready for install.
Electrical is in place (standard swap situation)
New Goodman condenser has R32 gas plus gas for 15 feet of line.
Residential single-family home
Location: Severna Park / Anne Arundel County area
Looking for prompt scheduling and professional installation
Requirements:
Must be Maryland licensed HVAC contractor or certified HVAC technician
Must be insured
Experience with residential Goodman systems preferred
Ability to safely recover refrigerant and complete startup/commissioning
