We are a high volume real estate investment company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Field Property Runner / Project Assistant to help manage, document, and inspect our single family renovation projects from start to finish. This is a field-based role driving to different properties that is critical to keeping projects on schedule and done right.
You will be visiting properties regularly and handling:
Recording clear walkthrough videos (before, during, and after renovations)
Taking detailed, organized photos for documentation
Changing locksets and installing lockboxes
Taking accurate measurements (kitchens, windows, rooms, etc.)
Assisting in creating Scope of Work at the beginning of projects
Creating detailed punch-out lists at project completion
Using apps/software to organize and submit updates, photos, and punch out lists
Communicating updates, issues, and progress to our team
Identifying missing items, poor workmanship, or things that need attention
What We’re Looking For:
Extremely strong attention to detail (this is the most important part of the role)
Comfortable using apps and computer tools (Google Drive, Google Sheets, project management apps, etc.)
Able to turn observations into clear, organized punch-out lists
Strong communicator that can clearly explain what needs to be fixed and where
Reliable, responsive, and can complete property visits/tasks on time
Must have reliable transportation (you’ll be driving to properties)
Preferred:
Experience in construction, inspections, or home renovations
Familiarity with materials, finishes, and basic construction/property knowledge
Ability to spot and troubleshoot issues proactively
Experience using tools like CompanyCam, Buildertrend, or similar
