Position: Site Superintendent
Are you driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering exceptional quality? We’re looking for a Site Superintendent to manage all aspects of home construction in the field while providing an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to our exacting quality standards.
Site Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
Starting salary: $80,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus program for homes successfully completed
Cell phone reimbursement
Use of company truck after a 90-day trial period
