We are seeking an exceptional craftsmen Subcontractor to install our residential bathroom and kitchen remodel projects. As a third generation company with a showroom and design team, we supply materials and handle plumbing, electrical, and painting with our staff. You provide our own install team, focusing solely on the build. We handle permits and offer consistent projects. We value quality craftsmanship, customer service, and clear communication.
Our expectation to work with us is for subcontractors to have integrity and reliability to protect customers belongings and maintain a professional appearance and work truck. Our projects are in the following counties; Anne Arundel, Howard, and Montgomery. We will take care of the sale, design, materials, and permits so you can focus on the build and just making money!
Subcontractor must have your own liability insurance and if needed for any of your employee’s you must have workman’s comp insurance.
