We're looking for hard-working helpers to join our tile crew. Work on beautiful homes, learn a real trade, and grow into an installer or crew lead.
You must have:
Reliable transportation
Basic hand tools
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to travel throughout Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and occasionally DC & Easton
Nice to have:
Available to start ASAP
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Your own tile tools
What the work looks like:
You'll be active all day — carrying materials, mixing thin-set/mortar, using saws, grinders, and drills, making accurate cuts, and assisting installers. Work is indoor and outdoor, year-round. Our installers are meticulous, detail-driven, and skilled in shower prep, mud pans, waterproofing systems, and tile installation (porcelain, glass, mosaics, large format, etc.).
