Follow established procedures to assist with the maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and/or site systems across multiple properties, including but not limited to:
Fire protection/sprinkler systems
Plumbing (sewer mains, clean-out drains, structural building plumbing)
Sump pumps
Electrical lighting for site and buildings
Roofing and structural components
Flooring, painted surfaces, furnishings, and fixtures
Regularly inspect properties to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas needing repair or upgrade
Communicate consistently with property leadership regarding project status, operations, and any potential issues or concerns
Perform work in accordance with all applicable safety standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines (including OSHA)
Maintain professional tenant relations and demonstrate a positive demeanor at all times
Coordinate with onsite security personnel to ensure the safety of tenants, visitors, and guests
Contribute to maintaining a high standard of property appearance and operation
Assist with keeping accurate and up-to-date maintenance records as required
Support tenant coordination efforts to help expedite completion of landlord work and delivery of spaces
Assist with the setup and execution of onsite property events as needed
Perform other tasks and special projects assigned at various sites
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a maintenance-related role
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license required
Skilled in using a variety of tools necessary for maintenance work
Strong understanding of safe work practices
Mechanically inclined with the ability to make sound repair decisions
Ability to climb ladders or scaffolding as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk the property multiple times per day
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours)
Strong communication skills
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by property operations or events
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
Pay Rate
Typical pay range: $26.00–$30.00 per hour, based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, training, and/or certifications in electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC.
