Available March 2nd-20th. Short-term (weekly) rental with the potential to extend, although summer prices go up significantly due to the cost of pool and garden maintenance. Gorgeous furnished house with garden, pool, pond, and whole-house humidifier and water treatment system. Our oasis is tucked away on a beautiful residential street yet 7 minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 10 minutes from the coast, 30 minutes from Baltimore and 35 minutes from DC.

The space:

Two bedrooms with private bathroom, living room, dining area, office area with optional standing desk, kitchen and laundry room. Three beds total (one queen in the main bedroom and two single as part of a trundle bed mattress in the second bedroom). Home comes complete with wifi, smart locks and smart lighting, security surveillance, automatic irrigation and a whole-house humidifier and water treatment system. Pets welcome with an additional $100 fee for wear and tear. Completely separate upper level with private entrances for each unit.

The 'hood:

Our home is on a safe quiet street lined with beautiful trees. Our extended neighborhood has coffeeshops, a movie theater, a True Food Kitchen, Trader Joes and Whole Foods all within a ten minute drive.
