I am interested in renting a room in downtown Annapolis
I work for the state 4-5 days a week and travel 3-4 days a week depending on my schedule/month
I am single/no kids/no pets/no drama/non smoker/ no credit or rental history issues
I can not live with any cats whatsoever because I am highly allergic to to them
If you are Renting a room that might fit please reach out to me
I currently rent downtown but I will be moving in the next new weeks/months due to noisy neighbors unfortunately
So I’d prefer a quiet environment over a busy residence
I am interested in a year lease to start but can discuss other options
