Oldest part was Built in 1785 and was once a speakeasy. All common areas are shared and furnished. There are five bedrooms in the main house and a small apartment attached.

We’re a mixed-age, mixed-gender household with one almost-3-year-old and two cats. Interests include:

We are hoping to find:
Someone that is kind of nerdy, kind of cool, kind of into plants. Everyone has many dreams and projects going on, so it would be nice to find folks that also have altruistic and or exciting visions for their life. We want a housemate that is kind and respectful and decent at cleaning up after themselves. We all see ourselves as works in progress, and hope that we can work with each other to grow and blossom, in better ways than if we had all not lived together.
Lease
Month-to-month to allow flexibility for everyone,
We are specifically looking for someone from Feb1st to the end of June. Willing to do some negotiating for the right person
with openness to longer-term arrangements if desired.
