We are a group of people that have good hopes and dreams for this world, and are looking for like minded folks to share space, occasional meals, and lots of good times.
We are searching for a housemate that is down for homestead projects, jamming, art making and collaborating on events. However, not necessary and introverts are welcome too.
We are hoping to find:
Someone that is kind of nerdy, kind of cool, kind of into plants. Everyone has many dreams and projects going on, so it would be nice to find folks that also have altruistic and or exciting visions for their life. We want a housemate that is kind and respectful and decent at cleaning up after themselves. We all see ourselves as works in progress, and hope that we can work with each other to grow and blossom, in better ways than if we had all not lived together.
The lease is a month-to-month lease to make it easier for any party to make shifts in their life as necessary, but we are open to longer leases If desired/necessary.

Location:
The house is centrally located, it is only 15 minutes from Baltimore Washington international airport. It is 25 minutes from downtown Baltimore, and 45 minutes from downtown DC, depending on the time of day. There is easy highway access from the house, but it feels like a nice, secluded residential community, and a decently private backyard. We also have the Chesapeake art center less than half a mile down the road where they have shows and a makerspace / woodshop, and lots of room for activities. We are also 15 minutes from UMBC and would love to live with a responsible graduate student as a potential.
