roughly 36ft NO SLIDE NO BUNKS.
Triton V10 Engine / Hydraulic Jacks.
Clean Title.

Inherited from a family member, &
drove from Colorado to Maryland last year.
Selling because it does not fit our family’s needs.
What we do know:
-Has started to be renovated but looks as though it’s not complete.
-AC/Heat works.
-Plumbing works.
*was told had a previous small leak but was fixed*
-Electric, when hooked up, works great!
-NEW upgraded lighting installed.
-NEW windshield as of 2024
-NEW AUTOMATIC awning installed 2024.
-NEW stair motor installed 2024.
-NEW vinyl flooring installed 2024.
-Mattress was brand new in 2024, and has only been slept on I believe once or twice with a mattress protector.
-Unsure of the generator hours.
-The dash A/C wasn’t blowing cold on & off so may have an issues there, but at least was blowing out air!
As I said, we just inherited this so we are selling based off what we know!!
