we are seeking a live-in caretaker (not a caregiver) for an elderly woman who is in good health condition and 50% self-sufficient person in exchange for the service (labor). Assistant in bathing/shower is required so a female is preferred. This includes:
1) free monthly house/room rent
2) free food (all meals)
3) free utilities (electric, water, trash/sewer service, WIFI)
4) free personal hygiene stuff and supplies
5) access to all household amenities
6) fully furnished room with own AC unit and 40" ROKU HDTV

The Caretaker will be able to work part-time between 12pm to 5 pm per week and most retails businesses are within walking distance from the location of the property. A person with a driver license and/or a car is plus but not necessary. The house is located in the heart of Glen Burnie, MD, one-level 3-bedrooms rancher approximately 1440 sf and a carport. House is kept in organized manner and tidy renovated in 2018 in a safe neighborhood.
