The location is honestly fantastic. We're smack in the middle of Edgewater, and everything downtown Annapolis has to offer is only about 10 minutes away. This will be well appreciated, whether you work in the city or just like being accessible to all Annapolis has to offer. Furthermore, it is a quite good South River Colony area.
Its $500 a month rent will cover all amenities, including Wi-Fi. No unexpected bills, no splitting electric or internet costs. A single, one-lump sum and you are in the clear.
I am very specifically looking for a male roommate and this is perfect single occupancy. I am fairly simple around these parts -clean, kind and without any unnecessary drama. I'm not moving in with a BFF or anything, but for real, I would like someone I can stand who isn't the worst at keeping the joint clean.
