The house is a good set-up for sharing. I have a dog and cat, so looking for roommate(s) who like(s) animals!
I am female, 30s, quiet and very easy going. I care for the horses on this working horse farm, and am seeking considerate, responsible roommates to share this house. Rent for the entire house is $2850, so I am looking to share with one person (@$1250, for own bath plus 2 rooms) or two people ($800 each, sharing a bath). Perfect for someone who likes being in a rural setting but close to Annapolis (20 minutes) and DC (45 minutes).
LEASE TERMS:
One year lease, roommate agreement, and security deposit equal to one month's rent.
What rent includes:
- Full access to house and yard, plus access to extensive walking trails on the farm.
- Free parking
- Full-size washer and dryer
I am hoping to find:
- Flexible, employed and responsible person(s)
- Someone who does not have pets
- Non-smoker (the property does not allow smoking)
- Single (no couples, please)
