Hi! I have a room opening up in my townhome and thought I'd see who's out there looking for a place. I actually prefer month-to-month arrangements since life can be unpredictable, so no pressure to sign a long lease.
**The basics:**
- $500/month rent
- Plus your share of utilities (usually pretty reasonable)
- $300 security deposit + first month upfront to move in
- Month-to-month setup - flexibility for both of us
**What you get:**
Full access to everything - kitchen, living room, dining room, washer and dryer, and there are private bathrooms so no awkward sharing situations. Basically treat it like your home because that's what it is while you're here.
I live here too, so I'm looking for someone who's respectful and easy to get along with. Not looking to be best friends or anything, just someone who's clean, pays on time, and doesn't create drama.
