We're looking for one or two thoughtful housemates to join our historic community home, conveniently located between Baltimore and DC.
Sunnyfields is home to a mix of artists, musicians, landscapers, gardeners, and creatives in their late 20s to 40s. We also have two young children (ages 3 and 6), so we're looking for people who enjoy the energy of a multigenerational home and are comfortable living alongside kids.
Our home values creativity, healthy communication, mutual respect, and community. We share occasional meals, host monthly family-friendly skill shares, and are slowly transforming our 1.6-acre property into a thriving food forest and garden. We have chickens, cats, plenty of outdoor space, and lots of room for projects to grow.
Whether you're passionate about homesteading, making art, music, gardening, or simply want to live with kind, interesting people, we'd love to hear from you. Introverts are absolutely welcome—participation in community activities is encouraged but never expected.

2nd Floor Beige Room: $700/month + $150 utilities
1st Floor Blue Trim Room: $650/month + $150 utilities
Month-to-month lease (longer-term arrangements welcome).
