The living room and dining room are spacious and open to the back deck, yard, and patio.
The large back yard contains a vegetable garden which is a cooperative effort. All are welcome to participate in keeping the garden, but participation strictly voluntary. Those who keep it do so as a hobby, and for their love of fresh home-grown food! We share the harvest, and so far, there has been more than we can eat ourselves. We give away the excess to neighbors and friends.
We share the yard and back patio. Both the deck and patio have large picnic tables. We sometimes smoke meat on the patio and barbecue frequently when weather permits.
The kitchen is modest, but its heart is a JennAir range with gas stove-top and electric convection oven.
The washer and dryer are in the hallway and easily accessible.
Everyone participates in keeping the common areas clean and presentable.
We have great chemistry here now and we don't want that to change. It doesn't matter if you’re a guy or a girl as long as you're laid back like we are. We are open to gender and age so long as you’re clean and have a steady income.
The space is for one person; no couples, no pets, no drugs, no partying, no smoking (in the house), and no drama.
