Parking is easy with plenty of spots available. The location is in a really quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient to get around but peaceful when you're home.
Rent is $540 a month with a $250 security deposit that you'll get back when you move out assuming everything's in good shape. Single occupancy, though there's no extra charge if you're a couple. Looking for someone who wants to stay long term - at least 2 months or more.
The whole vibe here is clean, comfortable, and low-key. Perfect for someone who values having their own space and wants a quiet place to come home to.
