Hello, I am a single female professional who is seeking a female professional to share my Annapolis home. It is just me in the house, no other housemates. This rental is for one person, ONLY. Your room is private and fully furnished with a speakeasy vibe with shared bath.
I live in an immaculate, cozy, quiet, and quaint 1,200 SF duplex, a 10 minute drive to the Naval Academy and a 5 minute drive to Sandy Point Park (the beach)! My two-story charming home has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, central air, washer and dryer, private yard, and private parking. It is situated on a safe residential street. It is 3 minutes to route 50, 45 minutes to DC and Baltimore, 35 minutes to BWI Airport, and 10 minutes to AA County Community College. Food stores, liquor stores, and gas stations are less than 10 minutes away.
LEASE TERMS:
$1,200 per month month to month with signed lease, roommate agreement and $600 security deposit, move-in date July 1, 2026 but flexible.
What rent includes:

I am hoping to find:

For safety reasons, I do request a copy of a driver’s license with a photo and copies of three current pay stubs, references and run background checks.
