There are far too MANY posts on here for rooms that is info taken from other legit posts and used as their own. Some BIG RED FLAGS are incorrect grammar/sentence structure, poor punctuation and just an email address. Was texting with someone about a room/post for 126 RIVERSIDE DR. EDGEWATER, MD, and asked to get on a call real quick, and allegedly the person has a "throat infection" and cannot talk. Another RED FLAG! RENTER BEWARE!! I called out the SCAMMER and the texts went ghost after that. This is the number he texted me from: show contact info . Called it and it's a phony number. PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE. IF THEY CANT GET ON A SIMPLE CALL, THAT'S A HUGE RED FLAG. THEY ASK A BUNCH OF QUESTIONS, LURE YOU IN AND THEN HIT YOU WITH THE APPLICATION FEE TEXT. THAT'S WHERE THEIR SCAM HITS PAY DIRT!
