House: Located in an established Annapolis neighborhood within close proximity to the Naval Academy and all main roads - the house is excellent for both access to downtown Annapolis and all major highways.
Bills: Your rent is fixed and includes all bills. This covers EVERYTHING! Wifi with excellent UPLOAD and download speeds, all the monthly Electric bills, the monthly Gas bills , and usual City Utility bill (water bill & trash collection).
The home was extensively renovated ten years ago and has been continually updated since. It has many areas which facilitate private space even if others are home. In addition to your room, you will find a media-room, sitting room and kitchen/dining.
The home officially has two other house mates. Both are professionals Both are very friendly but do their own thing. HOWEVER, YOU WILL OFTEN FIND THAT EVEN IF PEOPLE ARE HOME YOU SEE NO ONE AT ALL – just how it is… so you’ve lots of private space.
Your room: Room is fitted to facilitate a smart TV and is it measures 14 x 12
Furniture: The house is fully furnished and has everything. No furniture for the house. However YOUR ROOM is unfurnished and will need whatever you use.
