Integrated Care Management, a licensed Maryland provider of Home and Community-Based Services, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative / Records & Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct onboarding for new clients and employees.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records for both clients and staff.
• Ensure Medicaid documentation compliance and proper record retention.
• Assist with payroll record management.
• Track and update all Medicaid-required documentation on a periodic basis.
• Support the quality assurance process to meet state and federal standards.
Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in healthcare administration or related field is an advantage.
