Starting Pay: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

🌱 What You’ll Do
Assist with planting, mulching, mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
Support installation of hardscapes, garden beds, and other outdoor features
Work as part of a reliable, hardworking crew
💪 What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals
