We are seeking a dependable Maintenance & Groundskeeper to maintain and support two properties in the Annapolis area. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities
• General property maintenance and minor repairs
• Groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, and seasonal clean-up
• Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Trash removal and common-area upkeep
• Responding to routine maintenance requests
• Identifying and reporting larger repair needs
• Snow removal and other seasonal duties as needed

Qualifications
• Maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation between two locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
