Key Responsibilities Include:
Project Management & Scheduling: Taking ownership of work orders, efficiently scheduling crew time, and ensuring all projects stay on track.
Client Communication: Acting as our friendly face! You’ll be responsible for calling clients ahead of service and clearly communicating any necessary rescheduling—because honesty and respect are our top priorities.
Team Leadership: Managing our talented outside employees, delegating tasks, and ensuring a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
Quality Control: Leading by example with a sharp attention to detail. You’ll ensure all landscaping and lawn mowing services are performed to our high standards.
Operational Readiness: Keeping your truck clean and organized, making sure it's always stocked with the proper tools so our team is ready to go every morning.
What You'll Bring to Our Family
