“I love being a personal trainer because it feels great to help people feel better and it’s also healthy, fun. I like to motivate and inspire my clients. As a mom and a prenatal personal trainer, I know firsthand that pregnancy
is one of the most transformative journeys a woman can experience— physically, emotionally, and mentally. That's why I'm passionate about helping expectant mothers feel strong, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Prenatal fitness isn't about "bouncing back" or keeping up with pre-pregnancy routines-it's about preparing your body for the incredible work it's doing now and what's to come. Through safe, evidence-based movement, we can improve posture, reduce common pregnancy discomforts, build stamina for labor, and support a smoother postpartum recovery.
Every mama's journey is different. That's why my approach is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in both professional expertise and real-life experience.
