I'm looking to rent a private place with at least 630 square feet in a suburban, exurban, or rural area. MUST be quiet and SMOKE FREE. Apartment, condo, separate part of a house, or an out-building. I have no pets but would like the possibility of getting one (likely a cat). I need unfurnished. I am renting just for myself. I do not want to share a kitchen or bathroom.
