28 1/2” wide. They are made of a particle board and veneer. The fold out bed fold out and back easily with one hand. The twin beds have hardly ever been used. The all the furniture is scratch free and nice. This includes the couch, the office desk, the two wooden file cabinets and the other larger cabinet which was a really old radio record cabinet that my dad refinished and gave it drawers (would make a good liquor cabinet. I might be able to help you load it, but it would be nice if you brought two people if possible. Also included is a queen bed room set- headboard, bureau, vanity/dresser
The bed stays. On the dresser there is a blemish it’s in the photos. Also I have all the shelves and hardware for the book shelves.
