Core Aeration/ overseeding with the best aerator on the marker.
I use the best aerator available, the Billygoat 2501 ( look it up on YouTube) I have modified it by adding a gandy seedbox, so it seeds at the same time as it is aerating. I can control how many holes it punches in the ground, so in compacted or damaged areas, it can do more repair, while still seeding at the same rate. I have over 30 years experience and can get your lawn back on track!
