Strong Sous Chef: Be able to cook from scratch preparing entree dishes to be served buffet style. Be able to cover all stations, Grill, Deli prep as well as Master catering events.
Strong Dish/Utility person needed.
Full time Mon-Fri position hours 6:30am-3:00pm. (Must be extremely dependable)
Responsible for putting away deliveries and the cleaning and organizing of full kitchen, storeroom, walk-in refrigerators and work stations.
