We are a busy, large well-known residential and commercial cleaning company looking for reliable Cleaners to join our team immediately. If you are a hard worker who is tired of being underappreciated or micromanaged at your current cleaning job, we want to talk to you. We respect our cleaners, we pay on time, and we keep you busy.
WHAT WE OFFER:
Great Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour to start.
High Commission: Earn 20% to 23% per house depending on experience (Mates vs. Captains). The faster and better you clean, the more you make!
Steady Hours: Full-time and part-time schedules available.
Supportive Management: We treat our team like family.
No evenings
WHAT WE REQUIRE (NO EXCEPTIONS):
100% Reliability: You must show up for your scheduled shifts. We have a strict 24-hour notice policy for absences. Last-minute call-outs are not tolerated.
Hard Working & Detail-Oriented: Cleaning is physical work. You must take pride in your work.
Transportation: Reliable automobile and valid driver's license
Language: English-speaking and Bilingual (English/Spanish) are both highly welcome! We have a bilingual Quality Control lead on staff to support you.
