This framed Ted Williams print commemorates the 1993 release of his baseball trading card company. The artist is Gene Locklear, who initially in his career was a major league baseball player playing 10 years for the Reds, Padres and Yankees. After baseball he pursued a career in art and because an acclaimed sports artist, with paintings hanging in The White House, The Smithsonian Museum, etc. Figure 3 shows his replica autograph.

This framed print is in MINT condition. The frame alone cost $75.00 in 1994. I had intended it to be the centerpiece of my Red Sox man cave, but this never happened so it's been in storage, covered, the whole time.

This print will be a major piece of sports memorabilia for any baseball fan, especially a true Red Sox fan.
