This is a handmade shell purse from Vietnam. It has a tag inside from a Vietnamese hotel so it possibly came from its gift shop. It is in good condition (hard to know the original condition) with no obvious flaws or signs of any damage. The size is 10" x 7" x 5"; 8.5" strap hang (approx.). This is fairly small. Bigger than a clutch but smaller than a typical purse nowadays.
