If you are racing to Bermuda this spring, I have an approved ISO-9650-1 raft which is in like new condition. It is stored in a soft valise. It was most recently inspected and re-certified by Vane Brothers and it is within its current certification period. I would entertain sale of the raft or a rental on it for an offshore race or journey this spring/summer.
