Note: My Orion red handheld flares and cartridges are well past expiration date – and thus they need to be replaced [sold by Walmart and other retailers…]. Also note that its illegal to ship hazardous materials through USPS or UPS, but legal to ship via those licensed to handle hazardous materials such as emergency flares and cartridges. Will turn over my old flares and cartridges for local pick up only – can be used as back up in emergencies. New Flares and cartridges generally good for 48 months – so always check expiration dates
