1981 C&C 40 – Tall Rig. This C&C racer-cruiser sailboat has an amazing pedigree in PERF world. Callisto has spent most of her life on Long Island Sound, currently on Chesapeake Bay. Previous owner loved it as much as we do. Custom teak cockpit, custom cockpit cushions, Dutchman lazy jacks. Recently, new exhaust elbow on heat exchange. Bimini and dodger. Perfectly cared for interior. All systems are in working order. We’ve sailed her in the Sound, Atlantic, and the Bay with NO hesitations. She’s deep and steady. Her large helm helpful in upwind, heavy seas. Reliable Westerbeke diesel engine. New filters and impeller 2024. Two new house batteries 2025. New bottom paint 2023. Very comfortable cabin. Lots of spare parts.
