This classic 1976 Pearson 30 is a solid racer/cruiser in good overall condition, with typical age-related wear but ready to sail away. Selling due to family commitments with three young kids I haven't used it as much as hoped, so it's seen light use.

Engine: Yanmar 2QM15 diesel, fully overhauled in 2018. It runs great but needs a new alternator belt (easy ~$50 fix).

• Uninstalled Raymarine ST2000 tiller autopilot (new, never used—retail ~$500+)
• Tiller steering (restored)
