We are two equity partners who own a Hunter 36 Legend (2005) berthed at Herrington Harbor. This vessel is loaded with features: electric head, TV, radar, chart plotter, electric windlass, solar panel, spinnaker, and two well-appointed cabins. We are seeking to bring on a 3rd sailing partner, non-equity, who would primarily use the vessel during the week, Mondays-Thursdays, over the course of the sailing season. Overnight sailing trips are permitted. The 3rd partner would pay a flat day rate for vessel usage and a nominal season fee to initiate the agreement, as well as a refundable deposit. The ideal renter would be someone with significant sailing experience and availability to help on routine boat repairs and maintenance. Per partnership rules, single-handed sailing is not permitted on this vessel. We are offering a deal that is far better than SailTime or other sailing clubs.
