SAILING SEASON IS ONLY 60 DAYS AWAY

1985 O’day 31’ Sailboat. Boat runs great, has hot water exchange just needs to be hooked up. Comes with an Air Conditioning unit 🙌 and Galley stocked with cups, mugs, dishes and more! Boat also come with a Mainsail/ 110 forsail/ 150 Genoa/ spinacker/ Multiple life vest/fenders/ dock lines/Hand held radio/Spare parts/Brand new water pump/Throw away float/New Furling line just needs to be installed /Dodger Frame (not installed) and fabric to make a Dodger /Stainless steel winches and handles..NEW on boat is the running rigging 2025/2 Batteries 2024/ New head pump 2024/ Sanded hull and painted bottom 2024 ( could use a new coat if wanted)

Boat is paid in full for winter storage which Includes spring launching prior to 6/1

*FULL DISCLAIMER* boat is currently on the hard for the winter so interior of the boat IS a mess but the attached video show the boat when she is assembled and ready for an amazing summer. Also the teak outside only needs a refresh.
