Great sailing boat for the Bay. 4.5' draft gets you into most of the good gunkholes and thru both Kent and Knapp's Narrows. 3 cyl, 21.5 hp Yanmar w about 1,200 hrs - runs great. Currently has a 3 blade fixed but have a 2 blade Flexofold prop to go with. Neil Pride main and 130 genny on a Harken furler, both in good condition. Also have a nice Asym. Factory rigging to fly a symmetrical w a pole. Bimini, cockpit cushions, dodger frame. 34 gal water, newer water heater, 34 gal diesel, 15 gal holding (new). 2 burner propane stove/oven, deep ice box, fold down dining table in salon. 2 overhead hatches, 10 opening ports w screens. Very roomy and light interior. Nice roomy head w shower and manual toilet. Battery charger (new) for 2 house and 1 starting batteries (recent). I've had this boat for 14 yrs - been from top of the Bay down to Norfolk. Changing over to a Trawler to do The Great Loop but still will have a 22ft Gloucester for my sailing fix.
