What a great opportunity to own a very special Catalina 30 tall rig that is in mint condition and has one of largest fleets on the Bay. The donor took exceptional care of the boat and it has fin keel, a M25 Universal diesel engine, newly painted bottom, new head pump, seals and seat, new shifter and throttle cables, new exhaust manifold, new cooling hoses, engine inspected and in good condition. Sails are in good condition and the bimini canvas is perfect. Additional upgrades are diesel fuel tank, battery charger, GPS, Garhauer traveler, and GPS. A stainless motor lift on the stern will make it easy to remove and store the dinghy motor (not included). Interior cushion covers are in excellent condition.
