I had Bilenky Cycle Works create a unique, custom touring bike in 2011 (and another for my wife). I only used it for a 3 week tour in France in 2012, and unfortunately never used the bike again! No reason for someone else not to take advantage of this incredible touring bike!

My cost for the bike was $7,602. I'm asking less then half that - $3,200 for the bike.

The bike fits a person 5'10" to 6'3".

SOME DETAILS:

The bike has S&S titanium couplers (https://sandsmachine.com/) which allow the bike to come apart and fit into a suitcase (included, along with complete instructions/photos of dissassembly and re-assembly).
The Rohloff Speedhubs are unique - 14 speed internal hubs (https://www.rohloff.de/en/products/speedhub). No derailleurs to get out of adjustment. These Speedhubs commonly go well over 100,000 km, and many users have reported over 300,000 km.

The bikes come with front/back lights, removable (foldable) rack, etc, etc.
