This antique Royal Flyer wagon is rare and unique. It dates to the mid 30's. It's almost impossible to find any information on it. The one thing I found, is the advertisement in the pictures I posted here. When ever you type in Royal Flyer it defaults to Radio Flyer and the other Flyer brands. It was made by either Garton or the Globe Manufacturring companies. Garton bought Globe in 1938. The one add I found shows it on the bottom of the page. As you can see in the add it says Sheboygan Wisconsin on the bottom. This is where Globe and Garton toy company's existed. The uniqueness is the shape. Rounded on the front and back. The rarity shows by trying to find any information on it. It's never been restored at all. All original. It does only have one hubcap. The rubber tires are strong, intact and spin great. The name on both sides weather decal or painted looks great for almost a 100 years old. The spoke type wheels are in great condition and look really cool. I spoke to a man who wrote a book titled "Collectors Ed. Coasting on wheels " all about antique toy wagons. The add I have in the pictures came from his book. The add is page 53 where he discusses this wagon. He said this wagon was produced from approximately 1934 through WWII. This can be a great addition to any collection. It has no dents or cracks. You can see the surface rust and patina in the pictures. Any reasonable offer will be considered.
