Preenex K40 CO2 laser engraver. Overall excellent condition, works as it should with a couple upgrades - added laser head with air assist port and ZnSe (Zinc Selenide) 2" focal lens. The combination is a vast improvement over the stock K40 setup. Includes original aluminum wasteboard (unused), original water circulating pump, and a 6"x6" lab scissor jack for height adjustment I used instead of the wasteboard.
About 10 hours of use on the laser tube, so plenty of life left if you keep the temp in check. Runs with K40 Whisperer and Inkscape software (free, opensource and plenty of videos about them). The painters tape was to seal gaps or holes in order to limit where the the exhaust fan was pulling air from.
You will only need the exhaust duct to get you going; aside from software (standard 4" duct fitting). If you want to use the air assist, you will also need an air source. Unit is 28" wide x 20" deep x 10" tall. Guessing the 35-45lbs range.
Great little setup if you are curious about a CO2 laser but don't want to spend the $400-$700 on a new K40.
