I work hard during the week in the corporate world and love what I do but I also appreciate my weekends to kick back and relax. I do drink but I am an adult and carry myself as such. I'm looking for someone with the same qualities. (The last roommate experience wasn't so pleasant). I need someone who will respect the house, my daughter, and myself, someone who pays rent on time, cleans up after themselves, and is trustworthy.

A little about the house:

It is a 4 bedroom split foyer located in the water privileged community of Arden on the Severn (GREAT neighborhood). There are 5 community beaches, one located at the end of my street. Permits can be obtained to use the boat ramps. There is a fenced in, in-ground pool in the partially fenced backyard. There is a full length upper deck and a lower patio on the back of the house overlooking the pool. Between the pool and the beaches, it makes for awesome summers. For the winter time there is a huge wood burning stove in the lower family room. As I mentioned, it is a split foyer with 3 bedrooms upstairs where my daughter and I are. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are also on the upper level. Your bedroom is located on the lower level, thru the family room, and another door for added privacy. It is a large bedroom with a huge closet. There is a half bath on the lower level outside of the extra bedroom but showers would have to be taken in the hall bath upstairs. My daughter and I would use the bathroom in my room. The house has Comcast HD cable, phone, & internet.

Ready for move-in January 1, possibly sooner. $800 includes utilities (BGE, cable, and oil).

The house has tennis courts (about 1000 feet away) that you can use (we do play). Other nice perks: free cable tv and a wireless internet connection. In addition to the rent you'd have to pay 1/3 of the utilities (probably around $50.00 monthly). The community has woods and trails to walk/run/whatever. It's pretty and very quiet.

You can put whatever furniture you want in your bedroom and would have the choice of two bedrooms.You would have a bathroom (full). The kitchen is pretty large and we cook and grill on the deck...it is private and faces the woods. The bedroom and has a lot of storage space. The house has three floors.

We are looking for an easygoing professional roomate.
