Bello Machre is a private non-profit organization located in Anne Arundel County. We provide homes, support, and loving care to individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking an HR Specialist to assume responsibility for our hiring process. Primary responsibilities: review applications, conduct phone screenings, interviews, & reference checks, order background checks, make placements in our residential homes, and conduct new employee orientation. This is a very fast-paced position, which requires someone who is extremely organized, able to prioritize, and respond quickly to changes. The selected candidate will have at least 1 year of interviewing experience. Excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor, and computer literacy are required for success in this position.
