Bello Machre, which means Home of My Heart in Gaelic, is a non-profit organization located in Anne Arundel County. We have a unique opportunity to work with 3 individuals with developmental disabilities in their home setting. The House Manager is a full-time employee of Bello Machre who is responsible for the daily management of the home they supervise. In addition to providing care and support to the individuals in the home, the House Manager also maintains/balances house funds, schedules/attends medical appointments for the individuals, and manages support staff.
In addition to their salary, the House Manager receives a private living area within the home, plus paid utilities. Additional benefits include FREE medical insurance, paid leave, paid training, and a FREE gym membership to the Big Vanilla. We also have great mentoring and training opportunities available for our House Managers.
Eligible candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a High School degree or GED, have a current driver’s license with a good driving record, and be able to pass a basic math & reading test. Experience in the healthcare / social services field is also required for this position.
